new 7-inch Funbook at a competitive retail price of Rs.6,499. Designed
to attract the youth, we hope the device is as fun to use. Micromax has
also gone ahead and partnered with Pearson, Everon, Bigflix, Zenga and
Indiagames to elevate entertainment, education and gaming experience for
its users. Basically, the Funbook is trying to amalgamate learning with
fun for the youth and have dished out two variants - Suave Silver and
Brilliant Black. The tablet is powered by 1.2GHz processor and comes
with 512 MB RAM.
Micromax’s Funbook includes an e-learning app and allows users to
access study materials, videos, multimedia, tests, assessment, and even
references from leading content brands, like Pearson, Everonn, GK
Publishers, Scholarshub, Vidyalankar, Universal Tutorials, CAPS, Zion
and more. BIGflix, enables choosing from over 1000 movies in 9
languages, improved gaming offered by Indiagames, latest gossip on
‘Bolly Buzz’ and 1GB of free downloads for the first two months.

The device also bundles Tata Photon plus, with additional 1GB download offer for the first two months. It is available through leading outlets and Micromax’s website, too. It also bundles HDMI cable, wireless headphone, WLAN to USB port cable and a screen guard, and plans on offering a keyboard for the content creators sometime later.
